- TDC Ghana Limited
- National Sports Authority (NSA)
- Prestea Sankofa Gold Limited
- Road Maintenance Trust Fund
The decision places the leadership of these institutions under a transition period as government prepares to appoint and constitute new governing boards.

The Presidency indicated that the Boards of the affected institutions will be reconstituted in due course.
