Yendi, Northern Region – The Comptroller-General of Immigration (CGI), Mr. Samuel Basintale Amadu, has paid a working visit to the Yendi Sector Command of the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) as part of his nationwide tour to engage frontline officers and strengthen operational effectiveness across the Service.
The visit forms part of the CGI’s ongoing commitment to interacting directly with personnel, assessing operational activities, and encouraging officers serving at Ghana’s borders and sector commands.

During the visit, Mr. Samuel Basintale Amadu met with officers stationed at the Yendi Sector, where he listened to their concerns, discussed operational challenges, and encouraged them to remain committed to their duties.
