Ghana Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Alhaji Said Sinare, has officially welcomed all Ghanaian pilgrims preparing to embark on the sacred Hajj 2026 pilgrimage to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement ahead of the pilgrimage activities, H.E Alhaji Said Sinare expressed joy and gratitude as thousands of Muslims prepare to fulfill one of the five pillars of Islam. He prayed for Allah’s guidance, protection, and blessings upon all pilgrims undertaking the spiritual journey.
According to him, all necessary preparations have been made to ensure that this year’s Hajj exercise is conducted in a peaceful, organized, safe, and comfortable atmosphere for every Ghanaian pilgrim.
He emphasized the importance of unity, patience, discipline, and mutual respect among pilgrims throughout the pilgrimage period, urging all participants to cooperate fully with officials and adhere to all guidelines designed for their safety and convenience.
H.E Alhaji Said Sinare stated that the welfare of pilgrims remains a top priority and assured families back home that authorities are committed to ensuring a successful pilgrimage experience for all.
He further disclosed that the Hajj task force and supporting officials have been fully prepared to guide, assist, and support pilgrims at every stage of the journey — from departure in Ghana to activities in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
According to him, the task force will work tirelessly to ensure that pilgrims experience minimal difficulties during transportation, accommodation, and religious activities throughout the Hajj season.
He noted that officials are committed to making the pilgrimage smooth and stress-free while helping pilgrims focus on their spiritual obligations without unnecessary challenges.
H.E Alhaji Said Sinare also called on pilgrims to pray for peace, unity, and progress for Ghana during their stay in the holy land.
He encouraged pilgrims to use the sacred opportunity to seek Allah’s blessings for themselves, their families, and the nation as a whole.
